The service and personalization is phenomenal! I love how you can order a personalized item, and it is ready for shipment in a couple days, maybe even next day. The service of shipping the item for you with an enclosed hand written card is wonderful! It makes gift shopping so easy and such a joy! Recently, I wanted to send a baby blanket to a new niece, and I wanted to send exactly what I had sent someone before - same blanket, font, and font size. Of course, I couldn't remember what I had sent exactly, it was late at night, and I wanted to get this gift sent. So I asked if they had record of one of my past gifts, they did, and would be happy to duplicate it for me. This is the kind of service I like. I was thrilled to find "The Polka Dot Store" since I do most of my shopping online. I have been buying shower gifts from you for about a year and love the price, selection, and fast delivery. I didn't know that they made blankets and stuffed animals so soft. Now, there are 3 new babies in MY family and I have found everything that I need at "The Polka Dot Store" to shower my new nephews with gifts! I wanted to thank you for such a precious gift! My nephew loved his little lamb and was singing with it. He was very fascinated with the buttons on the lamb's paws. It is so neat how one person or more can make the lamb sing "Jesus Loves Me" by holding onto the paws. I also just loved how soft the little lamb was!
