Christening gowns, daygowns, and bonnets are custom made at time of order so please allow 2-3 weeks to ship.
Personalized or monogrammed items will ship in 3 -5 business days.
All other items will ship in 1-3 business days.
If you need your item sooner or by a specific date, please
contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Most items are shipped USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or by UPS. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be mailed to your email address when order has shipped. The following shipping charges will be added at checkout:

If expedited shipping is needed, please
e-mail us prior to placing your order so we may give you an express shipping estimate.
International Orders: The Polka Dot Store will ship to Canada and non-contiguous U.S. states, but additional taxes and duties will apply. You will be sent a separate invoice by email with the additional charges. Note: Free shipping items do no ship for free outside the continental United States.
RETURNS
We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied,
send us an email with your order number and reason for return and we will send you an authorization to return your order. We will gladly refund your money on unused, unwashed purchases with tags still attached. Unfortunately, we
cannot accept returns on
personalized or
monogrammed items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
PAYMENT
Payment is through our secure server
PayPal. You can pay by credit card or bank account through
PayPal. You do not have to have a
PayPal account to pay through
PayPal.
BILL TO/SHIP TO
We will be happy to ship your purchase to a separate address. Your gift will be gift wrapped and an enclosure card will be included. Be sure to include what you want written on the enclosure card in the comments section of your
PayPal payment page. Please make sure you also include the "ship to" address in the comments section of the
PayPal page when paying for your purchase.
GIFT WRAP
Gift wrapping is a free service at The Polka Dot Store. We need to know if you prefer girl, boy, or unisex gift wrap. All purchases are attractively packaged even if gift wrap is not chosen.
